Introductory fees are equal to ONE MONTH’S RENT + VAT based on a 12-month term. Renewal fees are equal to ONE WEEK’S rent + VAT
RENT COLLECTION SERVICE
Rent Collection fees are charged at 9.6% of the monthly rent payable for the duration of the lease and any renewal. Renewal fees are equal to ONE WEEK’S rent + VAT. Set Up Charge of ONE WEEK’S rent + VAT will apply for a new tenancy
FULLY MANAGED SERVICE
Fully Managed fees are charged at 13.2% of the monthly rent payable for the duration of the lease and any renewal.Set Up Charge of ONE WEEK’S rent + VAT will apply for a new tenancy
Additional charges/disbursements to independent contractors
The Landlord may need to pay for any of the following in setting up a new tenancy (this list is not exhaustive and prices may vary depending on the size and type of the property:
- Schedule of condition (£70-£120)
- Energy Performance Certificate Photos and Floor Plans (£144)
- Gas Safety Certificate (£54 – 65)
- Electrical Safety Certificate (£150-£200)
- Professional Cleaning (£75 - £150)
NOTE: Phillips and Stubbs do not levy any additional charges for arranging any of the above works to independent contractors.
VAT – Unless otherwise stated prices include Value Added Tax at 20%
